There’s a quote that’s been on my mind lately: “It takes a village to raise a child.”

Wise words that I’m sure you’ve heard before. In other words, our children don’t learn from just one source. They learn from their parents, grandparents, peers, friends, strangers, teachers, cousins, daycare providers, etc. Every single person they meet teaches them something new, something valuable.

And the same goes for adults. We never really stop learning, even if we aren’t in an educational setting. Every interaction is a lesson. Every person we meet is our teacher.

And for me, one of the most influential teachers I’ve ever had the pleasure of learning from is Nelson Nash. He discovered and developed The Infinite Banking Concept and is the author of Becoming Your Own Banker. Through his years, he taught and lectured on the Infinite Banking Concept, which was developed after interest rates spiked in the early 1980s. He held a significant amount of real estate investments at that time. It didn’t take him long to notice that the cash value in his mutual company whole life policies totaled the amount to pay his debts, or the interest on his debts, and so he began to use policy loans and paid them back. As time went on, he realized that his cash values were growing by a greater amount than what he was paying back, which was a concept that banks and corporations were taking advantage of at that same time.

So was born, Nash’s Infinite Banking Concept. Nash recently passed away, but has left a powerful legacy–the Nelson Nash Institute. It’s a wealth of information on topics such as The Infinite Banking Concept, that has become an invaluable resource to many, including myself.

It is there that I found an article that might interest you. If you’re intrigued at the thought of learning how just one person can use The Infinite Banking Concept to withdraw nearly $150,000 per year for the rest of her life once she reaches 70 years old and still have a death benefit of $3,000,000, then you’ve got to read this:

What amazing possibilities can this concept bring to light for you?
