Ethan Evans

Ethan Evans lives in Michigan with his wife Abby and their 5 young children. They enjoy camping, kayaking, and serving in their church together. He holds bachelors degrees in Biology and Sacred Music from Bethel University in St Paul, MN. Ethan has been in the Army National Guard since 2008 and is currently serving as a logistics officer.

Ethan has been practicing IBC since 2021 and has used his policies to fund his land flipping business, his wife's self published children's books, start a househack AirBnB, and private loans on real estate. He has also utilized HELOCs and SDIRAs to augment his journey of BYOB and keep his dollars moving with private loans.

His goal is to help families implement IBC so they can gain the time and money freedom to do what they are called to do and interested in.
