Where does my Mapping Specialist come in?

After completing the application process, signing your contract, and paying your premium, this is when the fun begins with your Mapping Specialist and your policy. This is when the rubber meets the road and you officially become your own Bank. Now, it’s time to start Banking!
We’ve carefully planned for this moment when you’re ready to hit the ground running with your banking policy. And in that planning process, we’ve developed a team entirely dedicated to helping you implement your policy–the Mapping Team.

Who is my Mapping Specialist?
For those of you with policies, we often get the question “Who is my mapping person?” Your mapping specialist will reach out to you within 72 hours of funding your first policy premium. They will introduce themselves as your mapping specialist from The Money Multiplier. So please keep an eye out for this email. This will be your introduction to the next steps with this team member/. This service is invaluable, so don’t let it go to waste.
In addition to reaching out to you once your premium has been funded, they will also keep in touch with you several times throughout the year, year after year, to see how you’re doing and if any tweaks need to be made.
Our most up-to-date list of mapping specialists can be found at the bottom of the Team page on our website. One of these specialists will be assigned to you and reach out once every 4 months via text, email, and phone call. All you need to do is watch for their correspondence. Or you can reach out to them sooner if you have questions.
If you still aren’t sure…
If for any reason you do not know who your mapping person is and how to contact them, start by logging in to the website and go to the Members menu. During the application process you received an email with the login info and password. If you don’t know this info, ask your application specialist.
